Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 4Play Music streaming service, applications, and all other services we provide (collectively, "4Play Service"). By registering for, accessing, or using the service, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 4Play Music.

4Play Music provides businesses with access to curated music playlists for background playback, where all music played is fully licensed by 4Play Music. This means businesses using the service are not required to make additional copyright payments to third parties. Business use only: 4Play Music is intended for use in business environments only. Repertoire: 4Play Music owns 100% of the music on its platform. Users may not upload their own content.

To access 4Play Music, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity on your account. Single device subscription: Each subscription is limited to playback on a single device at a single business location. If you operate multiple locations, a separate subscription is required for each.

Subscription fees: A monthly charge will be made according to the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual). Free trial: New users are entitled to a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, your credit card will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

4Play Music grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the 4Play Service for the purpose of playing music in your business environment. Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the 4Play Service.

All music, software, and content available through the 4Play Service is owned by or licensed to 4Play Music. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify any content from the service.

4Play Music may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time. Reasons for termination may include non-payment, violation of these Terms, or suspected copyright infringement.

The 4Play Service is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. 4Play Music shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Israel.

4Play Music reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
