How It Works
When your business plays music exclusively from the 4Play catalog through the 4Play platform, the required music rights for that catalog are included in your subscription. There are no additional licensing fees for the 4Play catalog.
Your Responsibility
The 4Play license covers only music supplied by 4Play and played through the authorized 4Play platform. Music from other sources — including radio, television, personal streaming services, DJs, live performances, or any third-party content — is not covered by the 4Play license and may require separate licensing.
Rights Statement
4Play Music (operated by Set List LTD) provides a commercially licensed music catalog for business use. All tracks in the 4Play catalog are licensed through direct agreements with artists and rights holders. The required rights for business playback of the 4Play catalog are included in every 4Play subscription.
